The Annual Parish Meeting date is included on the website Homepage under Calendar of meetings and on the Village Notice Board at RFM.
It can be held at any time between 1st March and 1st June.
It is generally held prior to the Ordinary Meeting of the Council in April.
This is not a council meeting it is a meeting of the electors of the parish.
No decisions can be made at the meeting but items can be considered for inclusion on the Agenda of the next Council Meeting.
It is normally called by the Chair of the Council who usually chairs the meeting.
The meeting allows all village groups to report on present activities and future plans and provides an opportunity for residents to ask questions and make suggestions.
